The Ford Kuga comes in a choice of two petrol and two diesel engines, plus four different trims, and some variations offer a choice of four-wheel drive or two-wheel drive. In our opinion the 2.0 diesel comes out top in the Zetec trim. We chose this thanks to the fact that it offers a good balance between the price tag, running costs, performance and the amount of equipment you get.
As a matter of personal preference we chose the front-wheel drive, mainly due to the cost factor as it was cheaper than the four-wheel drive and we had no intention of going off-road or towing.
The Ford Kuga is a great looking and a dynamic SUV and the all-wheel drive is intelligent in that it can make adjustments dependent on the terrain you are driving on. Another thing we like on the vehicle is the tailgate, which is hands-free, very handy for when you have your hands full.
The Ford Kuga offers responsive handling; while being powerful and efficient, what more could you want – except maybe Car Finance? If so, then at MLD we can help. Use our Car Finance Calculator to get an idea of costs, or please feel free to contact us.
