The Mercedes Benz GLA Class in the GLA250 petrol version may be the ideal choice if you are looking for strong performance. On the other hand if you want a diesel engine, the GLA220 CDI may be the best choice, offering effortless cruising. However, if money is a factor in your choice then the GLA200 CDI is not only cheaper to purchase, but cheaper to run too, and it’s brisk.

Our choice is the SE due to the fact that it is cheaper and offers a more comfortable ride thanks to the suspension. The AMG is the second choice out of two and we found it not as comfortable, due to the set-up being 15mm lower.

However, the GLA45 AMG happens to be an SUV that is small and it runs on the petrol engine, which means it may be worth considering, more so if you were thinking of going for a similar car such as the Audi Q3 RS.

In our opinion the Mercedes Benz GLA Class is a very versatile, somewhat sporty looking and stylish looking vehicle, with plenty of class.
